In this two-day workshop, we'll guide you in a loving exploration of yourself, to reconnect with the intelligence of your body, your intuition and your deepest feelings, while leaving room for spontaneity and pleasure!

Cost: $250 (taxes included) including painting materials (canvas and professional-quality paints, brushes, etc.), access to horses and workshop day.
Terms of payment: Full payment upon reservation by interac transfer
What to bring: Your lunch, an apron or something to cover up in, a writing journal.

Meet your guides :
Françoise Leguillou has 20 years' experience in the field of communication. She is a Master Herder as well as an Eponaquest instructor. Françoise is also trained in various methods such as Bioenergetics (Alexander Lowen), equine-facilitated wellness, visualization and Therapeutic Touch relaxation techniques, which are based on the innate capacities of human beings to master their existence and realize their full potential.
Virginie Hentzienne is an ANDC-certified Relational Therapist and Holistic Bodywork Practitioner of the Méthode de Libération des Cuirasses©. For the past 15 years, she's been guiding her clients on the path to transformation and well-being, helping them to listen to the wisdom of their bodies and develop a better understanding of themselves. Today, drawing on her experience as a visual artist and Color of Woman Teacher®, she adds a new dimension to her coaching by leading intuitive painting workshops that harness the power of the imagination to set off on a playful journey of self-discovery and reconnect with greater vitality.
